Jessica Doherty

Jessica Doherty is a writer, editor, and theatre artist from New York City. She graduated from USC in 2020 with degrees in journalism and theatre and is now pursuing an M.A. in Specialized Journalism in Arts, Culture & Entertainment. She is one of the two executive editors of USC Annenberg Media as well as a contributor to The Eastsider LA and a fact-checker for Hearst's Alta Journal. During her time as an undergraduate at USC, she was a managing editor and arts, culture & entertainment editor for Annenberg Media, a reporter for the Daily Trojan and worked as a director, producer, stage manager, dramaturg and actor for over 10 independent student productions and USC Visions and Voices events. She is interested in writing about the arts, internet culture, music, entertainment and climate change.
